Version 20 download links not working

I just upgraded to version 20 and none of the download links work! They lead to a 404 page and now I've used up all of my download tries and never received any products. I've been a registered user since version 9.

I thought that I was purchasing the extensions directly from WYSIWYG. I would not have paid for the extensions if I knew they were from a third party. None of the 2co links work and they don't respond for support help.
