Hi I'm trying to install updates to V16 I get this error

Internal error: Failed to expand shell folder consent "userdocs"

Can anyone help please.

This is most likely related to permissions or security (firewall , virus scanner, randsomware protection).
Add the setup to exception list and make sure the folder is not protected.
