Is there a button to send a mail to my mailbox?

You can use the"Themeable Button" for this. Drag'n'Drop to work space select Link->Link->Link to: Email Address URL insert email required. Using this method depends on the user having there preferred email client (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo etc) setup on there PC so it may or may not work. It is best and recommend to use a Form instead.

if find "Themeable Menu" but not "Themeable Button"

The Themeable Button can be found in jQuery UI/ Bootstrap
