November 29, 2021 is the build date and that is the latest from what I can see and just downloaded.

I'm also using 64 bit. About dialogue shows 29.11.2021. But files show they created on 30th.
Anyway it is not a serious issue.

Check by yourself...That's possbly the date you installed it on your PC.
